Becoming vegan was easy once I realized the impact I have on the animals and the planet. What was not easy, was navigating relationships and experiencing bullying. Through counseling I help people identify their strengths and learn to set boundaries and communicate effectively. I specialize in work with people who have experienced traumatic events and/or have a diagnosis of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I also specialize in Perinatal and Postpartum mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.
