Dill Ward

Dill Ward started out as an investor, flipped properties and made them shine. From there, her love of houses and people led the way to her work as a full-service Real Estate Broker to home buyers and seller, as well as investors. Dill thrives on being active, engaged, and involved in her many projects and ventures – including Moxie Studio, an event space on Alberta St. Dill is a deal-maker – anything from negotiating with her friends to join her at a concert, to wrangling an extra free appliance during a transaction. Dill believes that negotiation is a big part of everyday life.

Ideal adventure for an Urban Portland Saturday: Books, bikes, and food = Dill’s perfect day, and she’ll often head out for brunch at one of her favorite spots, such as vegan organic joint, Blossoming Lotus, or maybe Vita Café. When she has a moment to relax, she spends it meditating, or playing with her (spoiled) kitty, Heidi. Dill’s life is anything but routine, and she states that “one day has never been like the other”.

Her superpower: Manifestation. Dill has a knack for saying something out loud…and then that same thing magically happens.

Superpower she wishes she had: Dill thinks it would be cool if she could wave a wand and have others envision things as she already sees them.

My favorite real estate moment/s: Housewarming parties – Dill knows that if she’s been invited, she’s done a good job. Dill also loves being around the friends and family of her clients, where she gets to witness them being proud of her clients’ achievements.

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Dill loves Alberta Street for the many food options (and because Moxie is situated there!). She loves the mix of cultures, and how the graffiti and street art is creative and intentional. She also enjoys Irvington for the pretty houses, how there is no sense of sub-division – every single house has its own unique sense of style.
