As a Certified Food For Life instructor, I teach cooking classes and offer presentations that help people make the connection between food and their health. I help people make the transition to a whole-foods, plant-based dietary lifestyle. Classes include prevention (and reversal) of Type II Diabetes, prevention & survival of cancer, “Kickstart Your Health” for general information and weight management, Kids’ Health, Diet & Dementia, Heart Health, and the BEST… Employee Wellness Program that includes a bit of everything.
