We are a custom design/builder of Accessory Dwelling Units (or ADU, Granny Flats, In-Law apartments etc) for the Portland OR Metropolitan area & SW Washington.
We take care of everything from permits, design, and all aspects of the build. Including followup after the move to make sure the ADU evolves with the client.
Our ADUs incorporate Universal Designs so if you (or someone you love) is looking to Age in Place, this is a very effective solution to down sizing, while staying in your own community. Allows for Multi-Generational living, provides a sustainable stream of passive income, and a great way to leverage your existing property for long term appreciation.
ADUs are not tiny-homes. It has a foundation, hooked up with utilities and is immobile. It’s just like the main house, but smaller…up to 800 sq ft in most juristications.
