A Broken Angel is Bend’s only vegan food cart and catering company. Food cart, catering, meal service, and cooking classes. Chef Richard Hull enjoys creating savory comfort food from scratch out of our tiny food cart. After 20 years as a professional chef, he also loves fine dining and catering events like weddings, birthday parties, and fundraisers. Barbara Troyer is co-creator of A Broken Angel and a facilitator for changemakers and organizations doing good in the world. She uses her design, IT, writing, and marketing skills for A Broken Angel and select nonprofit and socially minded clients. (She also enjoys baking cart and catering items.)
