Being long lifetime vegans ourselves, we have always dreamt of our very own vegan restaurant. In 2007, we opened our doors for the very first time and began to share a vegan experience to the Bethany area. By 2010, we doubled in size to increase seating and accommodate our guests. Our inspiration comes from our spiritual teacher, Supreme Master Ching Hai. She advocates a compassionate way of living and one important aspect of this concept is a vegan diet.
We offer a fusion cuisine with creative, healthy, and delicious dishes from Asia and America. Some of our dishes are entirely unique and only found at Sweet Lemon. Our intention is to bring a positive and uplifting dining experience to our guests.
